Maoreen J Every

As Director-COO of ECODMS & with 20+ years DMC experience, Maoreen was the first DMC professional in Aruba to receive the SITE CIS certification (2015), the DMCP (2016), & the SITE CITP (2018) certifications. She’s an active member & volunteers in several industry associations: ADMEI, FICP, & SITE, having served on the board of the Florida-Caribbean Chapter (2016). Under her leadership ECODMS won the 2018 SITE Crystal Award for Excellence in Incentive Travel: Latin America & Caribbean Region. Passionate about the industry, she believes in being hands-on with personalized service, nurturing industry relationships, leading by example & motivating her team’s professional growth. She donates her time as a speaker/mentor to the Young Leaders at the local College & the University of Aruba. "Be the opportunity in every challenge."
