Brian is a serial entrepreneur and the owner of factor 110, Destination Oklahoma, 110 events, and Blue Circle Productions. factor 110 is the region’s leader in event and destination management, and the company remains the first and only destination management company in Oklahoma.
Ferrell has been named one of The Journal Record’s Achievers Under 40 and “Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs”. factor 110 was named the one of the top 20 fastest growing company in Oklahoma City for three consecutive years as well as a Top Workplace by The Oklahoman in 2019 and Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplace in 2023. In 2024, Convention South magazine named him Best of the Best: Meeting Planner and in 2025, factor 110 made Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States.
He has received the Destination Management Professional of the Year Award, is a three-time winner of the JoAnne O’Connor President’s Award, and the company has garnered 13 international Achievement Awards from the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI).
Ferrell has earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Fellow and the Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) designations along with the Sustainable Event Professional Certificate (SEPC) from the Event Industry Council and Emergency Preparedness Certificate from ADMEI.
He is an ADMEI past president and serves as a board member for the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association, ADMEI Certification & Accreditation Board, Virginia FBLA Foundation, Oklahoma Tourism & Recreation Department Promotional Advisory Commission, and Oklahoma State University School of Hospitality & Tourism Management Advisory Board.
He is an honorary member of the FarmHouse Fraternity and Eta Sigma Delta International Hospitality Management Society. Ferrell earned a Bachelor of Integrated Studies in journalism, communications, and business from Emporia State University in Kansas.
