Jamie’s extensive experience managing large-scale events, first in Florida and now in the Northeast, has established her as an expert in navigating complex programs; from intricate streets, historic venues, and stringent regulations, she has earned the title of "Logistical Queen."

Tanner Garrard, CMP, DMCP, is a Senior Event Manager at Cohera, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the meetings and events industry. With a strong operations-focused approach, Tanner specializes in managing the complexities of destination events and creating seamless experiences that bring clients’ visions to life. As an active leader in the industry and member of the ADMEI Board of Directors, he combines extensive expertise with a passion for advancing the destination management profession.

Matthew Hollaway, DMCP, is the Director of Event & Destination Management at factor 110 | Destination Oklahoma, bringing a passion for destination management and exceptional event experiences to every program he leads. Known for his attention to detail, calm leadership, and ability to manage complex logistics, Matthew excels at coordinating clients, vendors, and teams to ensure seamless event execution from start to finish. Since joining factor 110 in 2020, his dedication and leadership have earned industry recognition, including the 2025 ADMEI Carol Norfleet Destination Management Rising Star Award.

BRITTANY LING, DMCP | EVENT DIRECTOR
DETROIT MOTOR CITY
Brittany Ling, DMCP, is the Event Director at Detroit Motor City DMC, bringing more than 10 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, and hotel sales to her new role in destination management. A proud Detroiter, Brittany draws on her extensive background in catering, conference services, and event production to create authentic Detroit experiences while navigating the unique logistics of DMC programs. Her recent achievement of the DMCP designation reflects her commitment to growing within the destination management industry and combining her passion for events, deep local knowledge, and dedication to exceptional service.
