Meg E Baird

Meg Baird, CMP, DMCP, is a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry, deeply rooted in New Orleans where her family has resided for nine generations. As the President of NOLA DMC, a full-service destination management company she founded in 2016, Meg and her team excel in event design, custom excursions, team building, Corporate Social Responsibility programs, creative entertainment, and top-tier transportation. Their mission is to deliver authentic and unforgettable experiences in New Orleans.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Meg has a proven track record of success, earning her a place on the Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneurs list in 2021 and the Inc. 5000 list in 2023/2024.

In addition to her role at NOLA DMC, Meg has spent the past two years serving on the French Quarter Business Association board and is a member of the 2025 Board of Directors for Skal New Orleans. She also contributes to the Awards/Education committee for the 2025 ADMEI Conference. Additionally, she leads the New Orleans Town Hall, a monthly forum where local DMCs come together to discuss the city's hospitality industry.

Meg and the NOLA DMC team are committed to giving back to the community, as evidenced by their volunteer work with the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation’s & Hotel Hope.
