Nicole L Marsh

Having spent the last 30 years in the hospitality industry, and 26 of those as an entrepreneur and business owner, Nicole thrives as a dynamic leader and solutions provider.  Known as our Keeper of Calm, Nicole revels in solving the most ambitious client requests and providing thoughtful solutions to every challenge.  She is always seeking out new opportunities and innovative products and services to provide to clients across Imprint’s destinations.  Nicole has trouble saying “no” which has led to authoring books on Destination Management, writing the industry’s accreditation criteria and serving as chair on multiple local, national and international industry boards. She’s received numerous honors for her leadership, volunteerism and creative work within the industry.  Nicole gets the most joy in watching others enjoy life’s experiences, including her four children, which include triplets!  As they say… if you want something done, give it to a busy person!
