Andres is a sales professional with over 12 years of experience building relationships and developing successful commercial strategies. With a diverse client base across North-America, Latin-America and Europe, he's committed to helping bring value to clients whilst delivering results. In his current role, he manages Connect DMC's client portfolio in a strategic key account management and business development role, and provides guidance to teams across two countries. He has occupied sales roles at DMCs in Mexico and the Dominican Republic as well as luxury and lifestyle hotels in both Mexico and Spain.

Hjalti “Hal” Rafn Gunnarsson, Atlantik DMC
Hal currently serves as Atlantik’s Sales and Marketing Manager (formerly Manager of MICE department), bringing decades of industry experience. Hal has been active in the travel and events field since 1999 and is now in his current leadership role with Atlantik, Iceland’s foremost Destination Management Company.
