Michele’s career in the tourism industry spans 40+ years between both the USA and Mexico.
She began as a Trip Director for Carlson Marketing Group (now One10 Marketing) where during her six-year tenure she had the opportunity to travel to more than 46 countries and 5 continents overseeing the operational aspects of incentive programs and meetings that focused on Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 companies.
In 1990 she moved to Mexico where she began her hotel career in Sales that included 15 years between Starwood Hotels & Resorts (Westin) and Posadas (Fiesta Americana).
Michele graduated with honors from Niagara University with a B.S. in Travel & Tourism and a B.A. in Spanish. She dominates the Spanish language as well as the Latin culture after 35 years of living abroad.
Michele is entering into her 21st year with Terramar as of August 2025 with responsibilities that include program design, vendor relations and negotiations, budget and contract development along with logistics and operations.
